If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us or Paddle first, we may suspend your account while the chargeback is resolved. We strongly encourage you to contact us first — we want to resolve issues directly and quickly.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive's 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (where applicable to digital content).
For EU consumers: when you purchase digital content from us, you may be asked to expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal in order to access the content immediately. Even if you do so, this Refund Policy still applies as described above.
